After an MS diagnosis, you are covered under the Equality Act 2010 (this replaced the Disability Discrimination Act 1995). Your employers must make reasonable adjustments to enable you to continue working including working less hours or working from home. It is worth taking legal advice. If you are employed and especially self employed you can get loads of help from the government's Access to Work scheme to keep you work, including help with assistive technology, travel and even personal assistance.
