[We are registered in England and Wales under company number 10227360 and have our registered office at 33 Forest Avenue, Newcastle Upon Tyne, Tyneside, NE12 9AH. Our main trading address is 33 Forest Avenue, Newcastle Upon Tyne, Tyneside, NE12 9AH. We are a private company limited by guarantee without share capital and a Community Interest Company (CIC).

These terms and conditions of use (the “Terms”) govern the use of this Site or any part of it. By using this Site (whether as a guest or as a registered user), you confirm that you accept these Terms and that you agree to be bound by them. Please read these terms carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site.

  4. Registered users
    1. There are certain parts of the Site which can only be accessed if you are a registered user. By registering, or attempting to register, with us as a registered user, you represent and warrant to us that:
      1. you are aged 18 years old or older, or you are using the Site with the supervision of an adult; and
      2. your use of the Site is not in breach of any applicable laws or regulations.
    2. Once registering with us as a registered user, you will be asked to create and use a user name and a password. You are responsible for proper use and security of your username and password. Do not allow someone else to access or use your account and do not access or use someone else’s account. We do not guarantee the security of the Site against unauthorised or unlawful access or use. We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms.

We will then implement our process for resolving stolen identities, which includes blocking the account, resetting the password and alerting the necessary authorities.
       
  5. Content and intellectual property rights
    1. Content provided by us on the Site, including information, data, material, text, designs, graphics, pictures, video, photographs, and other files, and their selection and presentation, is owned by us or licensed to us by third parties. All content provided by us on the Site is protected by intellectual property laws around the world and is provided solely for your personal use.

    3. Any content you upload to the Site will be considered non-confidential. You are responsible for all content (including comments, files, material, suggestions and ideas that you upload or post on the Site or communicate to other users through the Site. If you did not create the content, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have, and you warrant to us that you have, all necessary consents from the owner of such content. We have the right to remove any posting you make on our site if, in our opinion, your post does not comply with these Terms. You grant us (as provider of the Site), a non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use or publish any content that you upload, post or otherwise make available on the Site.
    4. Our status (and that of any other contributors) as the authors of content on the Site must always be acknowledged. You must not use any part of the content on the Site for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us, our licensors or relevant users of the Site.

    1. You must not misuse the Site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the server on which the Site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site.
  2. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed and the remainder of its provisions will continue in full force and effect.

  1. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of the use of this Site or in relation to these Terms are to be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
